Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West

I have always been a loyal customer of the Nina Hotel. I always stay here when I come to Hong Kong. The staff are very welcoming. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The subway is also convenient for travel. The hotel room is also very large. I am very satisfied.

A common feature of L'hotels in various districts is their convenient access to transportation, shopping, and dining. This is my conclusion from several stays at L'hotels. This time, while staying at L'hotel Tsuen Wan West, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade. Our room, on the 81st floor, was spacious, with a stunning view, and clean and hygienic. Even the shower, which I'd previously complained about, was surprisingly satisfactory. The service was also excellent, with check-in and check-out being quick and efficient. Perfect, though? There's still room for improvement. The window was large, and electric curtains could be installed. The charging points in the room were poorly arranged, making it difficult to find them for charging or boiling water. The toilet seat was old and would fall off with the slightest touch, making a loud noise. There was also a breakfast promotion for five people over two days, and I still haven't figured out what it was about. While I'm a bit picky, success or failure often lies in the details. I'll definitely stay at L'hotels again, and I naturally hope it continues to improve.
